Glastonbury 2025 is finally here, with all the best bits from the festival available to watch for free on TV and online. The biggest UK festival of the year gets fully underway on Friday (June 27), with over 200,000 people descending on Worthy Farm. In what promises to be a weekend for the ages, the Pyramid Stage is being headlined by The 1975, Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo. Seeking to make sure the crowds are fairly split, Loyle Carner, Charli XCX and The Prodigy top the Other Stage’s bill each night. What makes Glastonbury such a special event is the fact that there’s something for everyone over the course of the weekend. Whether you want to sing along with Noah Kahan, rock out to Deftones or see 80-year-old Rod Stewart in the flesh, Glastonbury has you sorted. Due to the festival taking next year off, this year’s demand for tickets left more concert punters left empty handed than ever before. There’s no denying that FOMO is still a big factor, but the BBC are presenting the bulk of the action across its four channels throughout the weekend. On top of BBC iPlayer’s offering up over 90 hours of performances with its live streams of the five main stages, you can listen to all the action across BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds. Providing one of the most in-depth coverage that Glastonbury’s ever received, the broadcaster has drafted in some of the nation’s finest presenters. The likes of Craig Charles, Dermot O’Leary , Nick Grimshaw, Arielle Free, Sarah Stor and Anita Rani will be presenting across the radio stations. When it comes to the BBC’s TV coverage, five presenters are mainly stepping in front of the camera on each of the festival’s three nights. Those tuning in from the comfort of their sofa will be greeted by Clara Amfo, Jack Saunders, Jo Whiley and Lauren Laverne. Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Clara rose to fame on Kiss FM before joining BBC in 2013, going on to become host of The Official Chart on BBC Radio 1 in 2015. Over the past decades she’s hosted Radio 1’s weekday mid-morning show, became the narrator of Coach Trip on E4, presented backstage at the BRIT Awards for ITV2, hosted the Future Sounds show on Radio 1 and began hosting Studio Sessions on ITV last year. Similarly to Clara, Jack is best known for his radio work, notably presenting BBC Radio 1’s flagship new music show every weeknight. When it comes to his experience in television, Jack is the presenter of the MTV Rocks Chart on MTV Music and featured on an episode of Celebrity Gogglebox alongside Yungblud. Jo is one of the UK’s most recognisable voices, currently presenting her weekday evening show on Radio 2 after previously hosting the Jo Whiley Show on BBC Radio 1. The 59-year-old has been one of the main presenters of Glastonbury Festival’s coverage since 1994, both on Channel 4 and the BBC. Other TV ventures have seen her narrate Little Angels for BBC Three, have her music discussion show on Channel 4 for four years, lead a Panorama documentary and present the BBC’s coverage of the Hampton Court Garden Festival. Completing the line-up is Desert Island Discs’ Lauren, who became a household name as the lead singer and guitarist in the alternative rock band Kenickie. Also a mainstay in Glastonbury’s coverage, Lauren has worked on 10 O’Clock Live for Channel 4 and The Culture Show over the years. She has also appeared on The One Show on a number of occasions.
