Gary Numan is set to take to Glastonbury’s Park Stage tonight, as he marks his first time playing the iconic festival in his five-decade-long career. The London-born musician has been considered as a pioneer of electronic music and in 2017 he was awarded the Inspiration Award from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. In the “build up” to Glastonbury , Numan announced that he would play four shows – three in Brighton on June 23, 24 and 25 and one the day before the festival in Frome, in Somerset, on June 27.
