Glastonbury Festival is back for another year as thousands head to Worthy Farm for the UK’s biggest music festival from June 25 to June 29 Around 200,000 festivalgoers are set to attend the annual festival in Somerset for three days of iconic music, with more than 3,000 acts set to perform across 100 stages and venues. At the 2025 festival, music lovers will be treated to headline sets from The 1975, Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo on the Pyramid Stage, while other acts performing over the weekend include Rod Stewart, Charli XCX, Loyle Carner, Biffy Clyro, Lola Young and many more. While gates opened for the festival on Wednesday (June 25), the official line up begins today (June 27), as English rock band Supergrass opens up the Pyramid Stage at 12pm, and Fabio & Grooverider and the Outlook Orchestra kicks off events over at the Other Stage at 11:30am. Anohni and the Johnsons will perform the closing set on the beloved Park Stage today. Fronted by singer-songwriter Anohni, the group are best known for their emotionally powerful blend of chamber pop, art and soul. The ensemble – formerly known as Antony and the Johnsons – rose to prominence in the early 2000s with the Mercury Prize-winning album ‘I Am a Bird Now’ After a hiatus, Anohni returned in 2016 with a solo album. ‘Hopelessness’., before reuniting with the Johnsons for the 2023 album ‘My Back Was a Bridge for You to Cross’. Their last appearance at Glastonbury was in 2009 – and their 2025 set marks a rare and much-anticipated return to the UK festival stage as the group closes Glastonbury’s Park Stage. Anohni and the Johnsons are set to perform the closing, late-night set at the Park Stage tonight, Friday, June 27, at 11pm. The set will last 1 hour and 15 minutes, finishing at 12.15am on Saturday morning.. They will be taking to the stage after Self Esteem, who is playing from 9.15pm until 10.15pm. Fans of Anohni and the Johnsons will likely be treated to a mix of songs from their albums, as well as tracks of Anohni’s solo albums. The group are currently touring across seven countries for the first time in a decade. Their last performance at Primavera Sound Porto 2025 on June 12 featured a total of 12 songs.
