Indian Railways has introduced RailOne, a brand-new mobile app that brings all essential railway services together in one place.
Developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), this app aims to make train travel more convenient for millions of passengers across the country.
What Is RailOne?
RailOne is a one-stop solution that combines multiple railway services like ticket booking, live train updates, food ordering, and complaint registration.
Instead of using several different apps, passengers can now rely on RailOne for everything鈥攖hanks to its integration of IRCTC Rail Connect, UTSonMobile, Rail Madad, NTES, and Food on Track.
Key Features
Book All Types of Tickets
Whether you want a reserved seat or an unreserved ticket, RailOne鈥檚 鈥淧lan My Journey鈥 tool helps you book easily across various classes and quotas.
View Your Bookings
The 鈥淢y Bookings鈥 section shows your entire travel history and lets you filter by type and date.
Personalised Profile Control
In the 鈥淵ou鈥 tab, users can manage their profile, change passwords, enable biometrics, or even delete their account. It also allows topping up of the R-Wallet.
Live Train Tracking
Check real-time train status, delays, and even platform numbers so you鈥檙e never caught off guard.
Know Your Coach Position
Use the Coach Position Finder to locate your coach on the platform before the train arrives.
Order Food From Your Seat
Partner food vendors can deliver meals directly to your seat through the app.
Complaint and Refund Management
Submit complaints via Rail Madad and track their status. You can also initiate and follow up on refunds for cancelled or missed trains.
Multilingual and Secure
The app supports multiple Indian languages and offers secure payments via R-Wallet with biometric or mPIN login.
