Viral Video: Hooliganism has become so prevalent that it is brewing in every government department. The concerned authorities misuse their powers to exploit and harass common people. A viral video has surfaced on social media that focuses a passenger who bought two water bottles for which he was overcharged in pantry. It throws light on passenger, who was beaten mercilessly by TTEs and RPFs when he raised a complaint for overcharging of water bottles in a pantry. This video throws light on an incident, where passenger bought two water bottles for Rs 20 each in a pantry. When he raised his complaint over overcharging of these bottles, he was beaten mercilessly by two TTEs and two RPFs. As a result, he was badly injured, receiving bruises all over his body. His cloth was also torn and he was snatched of his mobile by them. This video has been taken from the Ghar Ke Kalesh X account and has received 3.1 K likes and many comments from viewers.
