In her current position, she has designed and implemented scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data, encompassing the critical migration of healthcare data from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms. She has led cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. These solutions empower intelligent, context-aware decision-making tools built on cloud platforms. Vaishnavi earned her master鈥檚 degree in computer science with a specialization in Big and Smart Data while studying in the United States, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Her research explored 鈥渘omophobia鈥濃攖he fear of being without a mobile phone鈥攂y analyzing social media behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This work was published in an international journal. Her professional achievements have been widely recognized. She is the recipient of the Globee Award in the Women in Artificial Intelligence category, which acknowledges her contributions to AI. Vaishnavi has also served as a jury member for the Timmy Awards by Tech in Motion and the Globee Awards for Artificial Intelligence, which honor excellence in global tech leadership. Vaishnavi鈥檚 work reflects a strong interest in artificial intelligence, especially in exploring and applying advanced AI techniques to real-world use cases. She enjoys learning new concepts, staying up to date with cutting-edge developments, and contributing to existing frameworks and ideas through hands-on work and collaboration.
