The United Arab Emirates has unveiled a new Golden Visa for Indians, offering lifetime residency in Dubai and the UAE without the need for any property or business investment. This nomination-based Golden Visa allows eligible applicants to secure long-term residency by paying around ₹23.3 lakh (AED 100,000). This new initiative makes it easier than ever for Indians to settle in the UAE without the usual hassle of buying property or starting a business. Previously, Indian nationals could only obtain the UAE Golden Visa by investing at least AED 2 million in real estate or businesses. Now, under the new system, Indians and Bangladeshis can be nominated and approved based on their professional achievements, contributions to the UAE’s economy, culture, science, startups, or society instead of large investments. Golden Visa UAE: All You Need To KnowThe UAE has long been a favourite for Indians looking for better work opportunities, tax-free income, or a glamorous expat lifestyle. And now, for the first time, Indians can get lifetime residency in Dubai and other Emirates without buying property or starting a business. Beneficiaries can bring their families, run a business, work in the UAE, and even hire domestic staff. Who Can Apply For The New UAE Golden Visa?Indian or Bangladeshi citizens nominated for their skills, contributions, or professional background in fields like finance, science, culture, trade, startups, or society. Applicants will be vetted for their social media activity, criminal records, contributions to the UAE, and compliance with anti-money laundering laws. How To Apply For The UAE Golden Visa Applications can be submitted via One Vasco centres in India and Bangladesh, Rayad Group’s registered offices, a dedicated call centre, or an online portal.There’s no need to visit Dubai initially; the entire process can be completed remotely.Around 5,000 Indian applicants are expected in the first quarter of the pilot phase, and final decisions on nominations will rest with the UAE government.
