Ras Al Khaimah: UAE鈥檚 first gaming resort 鈥 the $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah – set to open in early 2027, has offered a first glimpse of its ultra-luxury offering, 鈥楨nclave鈥. Situated at the pinnacle of the resort鈥檚 iconic 300-meter tower, Enclave promises an unparalleled level of exclusivity and bespoke service with just 299 opulent suites.Wynn Al Marjan Island resort secured the country’s first gaming licence from UAE authorities last year. The 鈥楨nclave鈥, designed by Wynn Design and Development, has been developed to offer its guests extra privacy, featuring a separate entrance and lobby.Reaching the suites via private elevators, guests will find no more than 15 rooms per floor. The suites will be decorated in calm colours, with sizes ranging from 75 sqm to 1,500 sqm for the two-story Royal Apartments. Internationally renowned designers Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris) collaborated with Wynn Design and Development to design the Royal Apartments. This 鈥榙estination within a destination鈥 aims to redefine luxury hospitality in Ras Al Khaimah, focusing on intimacy, privacy, and intuitive service.The Nasdaq Global-listed Wynn Resorts 鈥 owner and operator of the Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau 鈥 has been constructing an Integrated Resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. It is set to open in 2027.Exquisite designsThe suites will offer a residential feel with bespoke amenities, including dual in-room pantries stocked with tailored AM and PM provisions, according to a company statement. Wynn said deep consideration has been given to important cultural sensitivities and preferences of its global clients. A highlight of the Enclave experience is the private reserve pool and beach along the resort鈥檚 eastern edge, offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and nightly sunsets. Three pools, private cabanas, and beach bungalows provide options for both secluded relaxation and family gatherings, with dedicated beach butlers offering on-demand dining service.Enclave will also feature an exclusive restaurant serving breakfast solely to its guests, transforming into a vibrant Lebanese culinary destination for lunch and dinner. Construction is on schedule, with the spire expected to reach its peak in late 2025.
