Fancy flying to the sports and entertainment capital of the world? Aer Lingus will operate a direct service from Dublin to Las Vegas this autumn through to mid-March. Here is a run down of the events, shows, sports and places to stay courtosy of Las Vegas CVA (LVCVA).
There’s No Place Like Home or No Place Like Vegas
The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, a fully immersive experience utilising all of the Sphere’s technology, will open in Las Vegas on Aug. 28. Inside the Sphere is home to the world’s largest hi-definition screen and the world’s most advanced audio system.
Friends Last Forever – Las Vegas Style
The FRIENDS Experience will open at MGM Grand on July 23. The FRIENDS Experience: The One in Vegas will transport guests into the world of FRIENDS, allowing fans to explore the show’s iconic moments, behind-the-scenes content and photo opportunities within life-size set recreations. Confirmed sets for the Las Vegas flagship include re-creations of Central Perk, Monica and Rachel’s apartment, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, the fountain with the signature orange couch from the opening credits, Phoebe’s Taxi, and the fan-favorite “PIVOT!!” scene. Exclusive to the MGM Grand location, guests can walk through the infamous wedding chapel doors – just like Ross and Rachel – and see a replica of Joey’s iconic gladiator costume from the Vegas episodes.
Smelly Cat Karaoke Bar is at the Grand Bazaar Shops on the Las Vegas Strip, bringing nonstop energy, unforgettable performances and major main character vibes to Vegas. Smelly Cat Karaoke Bar invites guests to sing like no one’s listening and become the newest headliner in the entertainment capital of the world.
The Collosseum at Caesars Palace – Dolly Parton & More
Dolly Parton is headed to the Las Vegas Strip with a brand-new limited-run engagement at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Dolly: Live in Las Vegas will feature performances on Dec. 4, 6-7, 10, 12-13, 2025 during the National Finals Rodeo.
One of the most influential figures in Latin music, Marco Antonio Solís, has announced his brand new MAS CERCA DE TI WORLD TOUR 2025 will feature a stop in Las Vegas for two nights at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace over Mexican Independence Day Weekend. Show dates include Sept. 14-15, 2025.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas – A Star-Packed Line-Up
Following successful sold-out performances in 2022 and 2023, Adam Sandler has announced his new tour, the You’re My Best Friend Tour, will feature show dates at Bleau Live Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, 2025.
After selling out their seven previous shows at BleauLive Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas, iconic British duo Tears For Fears have announced six additional dates for their limited engagement, Songs for a Nervous Planet. Show dates include Sept. 24, 26-27; Oct. 22, 24-25, 2025.
Multi-Platinum country star Thomas Rhett will return to BleauLive Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas with THOMAS RHETT: Live in Las Vegas. The two performances on Oct. 3-4, 2025 follow his successful four-night run at the resort in December 2024.

Sports in Las Vegas – From Wrestlemania to Liv Golf
WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), has announced that Las Vegas will host WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026 – doubling down on the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World. The announcement comes on the heels of a historic WrestleMania 41 this past April in Las Vegas, which became the most successful and highest-grossing event in WWE history, drawing 124,693 fans over two nights at Allegiant Stadium. WrestleMania 42 will mark the third time Las Vegas has hosted WWE’s biggest event of the year (2026, 2025 and 1993).
