Talbots Law, which already operates across the Black Country, Birmingham, Coventry, Shropshire and Worcestershire, has acquired Tinsdills Solicitors as part of its strategic growth plan to broaden its geographic reach and enhance its client offering.
The acquisition will see around 85 highly skilled staff join Talbots Law, with offices in Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Sandbach and Stoke-on-Trent becoming part of the Talbots network.
The move brings together two of the region鈥檚 most respected and long-established legal firms, creating a powerful partnership committed to delivering a full spectrum of legal services to individuals and businesses across the Midlands and beyond.
Dave Hodgetts, CEO of Talbots Law, said: 鈥淪ince becoming an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) in 2021, we鈥檝e been focused on both organic and acquisitive growth to accelerate our presence.
鈥淭his deal takes our combined turnover to over 拢40m turnover and expands our footprint to 19 offices.
