The Ayushman Bharat Card is issued under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) and is linked to the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA), enabling easy access to quality healthcare services and benefits covered under the scheme.
How to apply for the Ayushman Card?

Step 1: Navigate to the official PMJAY Website.
Step 2: Upon reaching the homepage, click on ‘Am I Eligible’ option on the top menu.
Step 3: Enter your Mobile Number, OTP and Captcha Code for verification.
Step 4: Click on the Login button and wait for the page to reload.
Step 5: Select the appropriate option from the State, District, and Search By columns and enter the necessary information.
Step 6: Next up, click on the Do e-KYC option.
Step 7: To authenticate, choose the Aadhaar OTP option. Your Aadhaar number will become accessible. Click Verify.
Step 8: After entering the Aadhaar OTP and Mobile OTP, you will get an e-KYC Completion message on your device.
Step 9: 15-20 minutes after e-KYC, log in to the PMJAY website and select the Download Card button.
Step 10: You will be registered for the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

Valid ID proof as a Driving License, Voter ID Card or Passport.
Residential proof documents like utility bills, a passport or a voter ID
Family information, including the name and Aadhaar number of each member.
