Emmerdale is set to welcome a fresh face that’s bound to stir things up, as actress Jaye Griffiths steps into the role of the enigmatic Celia.

Moira Dingle finds herself with a rival when Celia makes her entrance in the ITV village. However, Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) finds himself in a spot of bother when he tries to play hero on Celia’s farm in upcoming scenes.

Meanwhile, over on Coronation Street, Abi Webster (Sally Carman) grapples with her growing feelings for her brother-in-law Carl and takes drastic steps to keep her emotions hidden.

In EastEnders, Vicki (Alice Haig) and Ross (Alex Walkinshaw) are left reeling from a shocking revelation by Sharon Watts, prompting Vicki to devise a scheme – but she stumbles upon a significant discovery instead. Here’s the full scoop.

Paddy spots a sheep trapped in a fence on Celia’s farm and steps in to help. But after freeing the sheep, Paddy is paralysed with fear as an aggressive dog approaches.

The dog attacks Paddy, leaving him severely injured. At the hospital, Mandy (Lisa Riley) and Bear (Joshua Richards) anxiously await news from Paddy’s surgery, but tensions escalate when Bear loses his cool.

A disheartened Paddy takes Bear’s harsh words to heart, and even a visit from Marlon (Mark Charnock) fails to cheer him up. Paddy then confronts Celia, but the encounter goes south, and he’s had enough of Bear’s treatment.

Ross (played by Michael Parr) agrees to persuade Lewis (Bradley Riches) to sell his cannabis to a dealer, with Mack (Lawrence Robb) reminding him it’s all for the sake of Moira’s farm. Lewis appreciates Ross’s support, oblivious to Mack’s double-cross.

The betrayal leaves Lewis heartbroken and his bond with Ross irreparably damaged. However, when Lewis’ stash disappears the next day, Ross suspects he knows who’s behind it.

Sarah (Katie Hill) helps Cain (Jeff Hordley) realise that Tracy’s (Amy Walsh) decision to exclude the family from Nate’s funeral allows the Dingles an opportunity to organise their own farewell.

Gabby (Rosie Bentham) is finalising the guest list for their engagement party, but Vinny (Bradley Johnson) gets anxious upon learning Kammy’s on the invite list.

Coronation Street

Millie (Kaitlyn Earley) goes into a frenzy when Theo (James Cartwright) discloses he’s meeting her teacher about her pregnancy. Todd (Gareth Pierce) confronts Millie about her apparent dishonesty, urging her to take another pregnancy test to confirm the first was a false positive.

Elsewhere, Abi devises a plan to distance herself from Carl (Jonathan Howard) after Kevin (Michael Le Vell) spots a text from him on her phone expressing his interest in getting to know her better. Despite Carl’s attempt to forge another fake MOT certificate, Abi warns him to keep his distance.

Kevin turns up for work and is shown a car by Abi, who points out the shoddy work done by Carl. However, upon reviewing the CCTV footage, Kevin stumbles upon a shocking revelation. Later on, while Kevin receives his results, Abi grapples with an internal struggle.

Dee-Dee (Channique Sterling-Brown) expresses her gratitude to James (James Callender) for her church’s support, but James insists that Laila will be raised without religious influence. In response, Dee-Dee meets Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) and expresses her wish to have Laila baptised.

Billy clarifies that she’ll need James’ consent first. Later, when Dee-Dee asks Alya (Sair Khan) to be Laila’s godmother, Alya realises the lengths Dee-Dee is willing to go to.

Cassie (Claire Sweeney), Steve (Simon Gregson), Sally (Sally Dynevor) and Tim (Joe Duttine) gather for lunch. Sally throws snide comments at Cassie while Tim attempts to maintain harmony.

The atmosphere thickens as Linda (Kellie Bright) informs Elaine (Harriet Thorpe) of her intention to sell her share of the pub. Elaine tries to convince Linda to reconsider, but their conversation quickly escalates into an argument.

Seeking solace, Linda retreats to the cafe to chat with George (Colin Salmon), who advises her to consider Elaine’s perspective. However, Elaine, spying on them from the pub, becomes convinced they’re scheming behind her back.

Elaine’s spirits plummet when her bank meeting doesn’t go as expected, leading her to involve Johnny in a dubious plan. After an emotionally charged day, Elaine loses her cool and ends up in another heated argument with Linda, which results in her collapsing.

Vicki and Ross’ joy is cut short when Zack (James Farrar) reveals that Sharon is kicking them out of No. 43 due to unpaid debts. Vicki tries to secure an advance from Bernie (Clair Norris), but instead finds herself jobless.

In a vengeful move, Vicki swipes Bernie’s laptop and resorts to blackmail when she discovers Bernie has been pilfering money from the Panesar business accounts.

Stacey (Lacey Turner) returns home with Hope and Arthur, much to the delight of Jean (Gillian Wright) and Mo (Laila Morse). The family fills her in on recent happenings, but it’s evident Stacey is keeping something under wraps. Meanwhile, Joel (Max Murray) continues to exert a negative influence on Tommy (Sonny Kendall).

Bobby is nowhere to be found while Myra attempts to mend fences with Mercedes following a significant blunder. But what exactly has she done? Lucas stumbles upon a message on Dillon’s phone revealing his STI results are clear.

However, Dillon rebuffs him when he attempts to get close. The Dog is set for its grand reopening, but when Tony discovers a takeaway cup, he realises someone has been using the pub as a hideout. Later, the teens uncover a shocking revelation about DI Banks’ death, while Clare devises a new scheme.

Aaron attempts to debunk Nicolette’s suspicion that Rhett and Colton have had a fling, but he soon faces a shocking revelation and scrambles to manage the fallout.
