Shefali Jariwala鈥檚 sudden death has left everyone shocked and numb. While initial reports claimed that the actress died of cardiac arrest at 42, Mumbai police have now stated that Shefali was found dead in her Mumbai apartment. The police officials stated that the actress was found dead, following which her body was sent to the Cooper hospital for a postmortem on Friday night. The cause of death is not known as of now.

Shefali Jariwala became a household name in the early 2000s with her sizzling performance in the remix video Kaanta Laga, earning her the moniker 鈥淜aanta Laga Girl.鈥 She later featured in Salman Khan鈥檚 Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
In later years, Shefali transitioned to reality TV and gained popularity through her participation in Nach Baliye with her husband, and later, Bigg Boss 13. Her entry into the Bigg Boss house was particularly talked about due to her history with fellow contestant and late actor Sidharth Shukla. The two had dated over a decade ago, but Shefali maintained that they were always respectful of each other on and off the show.
Several television actors took to their respective social media handles to mourn the death of Shefali Jariwala. Himanshi Khurana, who also participated in Bigg Boss 13 with Shefali Jariwala, took to her Instagram stories and shared a throwback picture with the actress. 鈥淏igg Boss that place is cursed I think,鈥 she wrote.
