Scott Wolf is seeking protection from his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.
The 鈥淧arty of Five鈥 alum, 57, filed for a temporary restraining order against his ex, 48, on Tuesday, June 24, in Utah, according to Us Weekly.
Scott reportedly filed a declaration as part of his request, as did his brother, Michael Wolf. However, both of their declarations are sealed.
The Post reached out to Scott鈥檚 rep for comment.
The actor鈥檚 decision to seek protection from his former significant other comes nearly two weeks after Kelley was detained by police and hospitalized amid their contentious divorce battle.
Earlier this month, Scott and Kelley announced they split up after 21 years of marriage. The 鈥淒oc鈥 actor later revealed that he had filed for divorce.
鈥淎fter 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,鈥 Scott said in a statement to The Post. 鈥淥ur children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.鈥
Things took a dark turn almost immediately, with Kelley claiming she was 鈥渢aken against鈥 her will by police in Utah on June 13 and later hospitalized.
Kelley, who was on MTV鈥檚 鈥淭he Real World: New Orleans,鈥 posted footage of her run-in with cops to her Instagram Live.
One of the officers in the video told her she wasn鈥檛 going to jail, adding they were there to get her 鈥渟ome help.鈥
Later on in the footage, one of them informed Kelley that she 鈥渕ade some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,鈥 and they 鈥渨ant to make sure you鈥檙e okay.鈥
Law enforcement later confirmed they took her to a nearby hospital.
鈥淯pon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,鈥 they told People in a statement. 鈥淔or that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.鈥
A report taken by the Summit County Sheriff鈥檚 Office later shed light on the incident, with heavily redacted documents revealing that police responded to Scott and Kelley鈥檚 Utah residence on June 13 over an alleged 鈥渧erbal dispute.鈥
The unnamed female claimed their brother-in-law was trespassing and they wanted him removed. Police were later told that the brother-in-law had permission to be there by one of the homeowners.
Upon their arrival, they also spoke to an unnamed male, who detailed an alleged 鈥減ast-occurred assault鈥 that he claimed happened on March 6, months before Scott filed for divorce on June 9.
The individual reported to cops of someone 鈥減utting her hands around his neck鈥 in the alleged March incident but noted they 鈥渄id not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.鈥
The male declined to press charges from the alleged March 6 incident after police contacted them following Kelley鈥檚 hospitalization, reported Us Weekly.
The 911 call placed hours before Kelley was detained came from a sobbing unidentified woman, who claimed she didn鈥檛 feel safe with her brother-in-law in the home.
鈥淚鈥檓 going through a very bitter divorce battle with my now, hopefully, ex-husband, who is currently filming a movie in Los Angeles,鈥 the caller told the operator in the audio obtained by TMZ. 鈥淗is brother is here, meant to be helping with our children, and I do not feel safe with him in the house.鈥
She continued: 鈥淗e has now convinced my son, my 16-year-old son, that I am a cheater, an adulterer, I don鈥檛 even know the words anymore.鈥
More to come鈥
