Sana Khan and her family are going through a rough phase in their life. The Bigg Boss 6 participant recently lost her mother, Saeeda, due to prolonged illness. As the Khans recover from the pain and grief of their loss, Sana’s elder son, Saiyad Tariq Jamil was seen making a rare public appearance. Sana and her husband Anas Saiyad welcomed Saiyad Tariq Jamil in July 2023.
In a video shared on Instagram, the kid, dressed in a white kurta pyjama, was seen walking around his housing complex along with a house helper.
Sana’s fans and admirers were quick to shower their love on the kid. An Instagram user commented, “Cute baby.” Another one wrote, “So cutee.” One account shared, “Same like his dad.”

Sana got married to Mufti Anas Saiyad, a Muslim cleric, on November 21, 2020, in Surat. She also changed her name to Saiyad Sana Khan after the wedding. They are proud parents to two sons – Tariq, and Saiyad Hasan Jamil. Hasan was born in January 2025. The couple often shares pictures and videos of both their sons on Instagram.
Coming back to Sana, the former actress shared the news of her mother’s demise via a post on her Instagram stories. She wrote, “Inna Lillahi Wa inna ilaih rajioon. My beloved mother Mrs Saeeda has returned back to Allah after struggling with a bad health condition.”
Sana gained widespread recognition after her appearance in Salman Khan’s controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 6. Although she couldn’t win the show but was among the most talked about contestants of the season. She also appeared in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 6.
Her career was not just limited to the small screen; she also made appearances in a number of films, including Jai Ho, Wajah Tum Ho and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
She announced her exit from the entertainment industry in 2020 for religious reasons and has since established a spiritual existence. She is now an entrepreneur and mother of two with her husband, Anas Saiyad.
