Rosie, who works for Murphy, is currently working towards a BSc in Quantity Surveying. She received the accolade for her high level of performance and impressed the judges by taking on additional responsibility at work. She also supports local education events to encourage year 11 students to consider pursuing an apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying / Construction.

The CECA Southern Awards are presented annually in recognition of exceptional performance. As winner of Most Promising Trainee Quantity Surveyor Award, sponsored by Four Tees Engineers, Rosie received an inscribed trophy and cheque for 拢500.
