The mythological epic’s introduction video titled Ramayana Part 1 promises the most captivating visuals leaving excitement soaring ahead of its Diwali 2026 release. Hans Zimmer Hans Zimmer, known for his legendary music in titles like The Lion King (1994), Gladiator (2000), The Last Samurai (2003), the Pirates of the Caribbean series (2006–2011), The Dark Knight trilogy (2005–2012), Inception (2010), Man of Steel (2013), Interstellar (2014) and more, is attached with Ramayana as a music composer too. This marks the legendary music icon’s first collaboration with AR Rahman, along with his debut in Bollywood. DNEG VFX company Leading visual effects company DNEG that has a history of winning 8 Academy Awards for its work in projects like Dune, Tenet, First Man, Blade Runner 2049, Ex Machina, Interstellar and Inception, is wokrking on Ramayana too. Formerly known as Double Negative, DNEG is providing the visual effects for the two-part live-action film project that is produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. It is expected to provide a visually stunning adaptation of the Indian epic given DNEG’s involvement.
