On July 3, 2025, the makers of Ramayana officially announced the star cast and unveiled the first glimpse of the film. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of Rama, while Yash is set to enthrall audiences as Ravana. Sai Pallavi will portray the role of Sita. In the first glimpse, Ranbir and Yash absolutely stole the show, and fans quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their excitement.
