Indian Railways has finally launched RailOne, a unified super app that brings together everything you need for train travel in one place—ticket booking, live train tracking, food ordering, refunds, and complaint redressal.In this video, I break down how RailOne works, from logging in with your existing UTS or Rail Connect credentials to booking a reserved ticket and accessing real-time updates on your journey. You’ll also see how easy it is to order food, request refunds, and raise complaints—without juggling multiple apps.Starting July 1, Aadhaar or DigiLocker verification will be mandatory for Tatkal bookings. And by the end of 2025, the app will support 1.5 lakh bookings per minute and offer multilingual support.RailOne is more than just another app—it’s a major step in modernising the way we experience Indian Railways.
