The AI tool calls it a subjective choice, but if forced to name one popular web series of all time, ChatGPT makes a strong case for popular German thriller Dark. Streaming on Netflix, the app hails the series as a “mind-bending time travel story with complex but rewarding narrative and cinematic production”.

Set in the fictional town of Winden in Germany, the story of Dark is spread across three seasons, airing from 2017 to 2020.
