A new operator has been secured to operate the cafe at Fitzgerald鈥檚 Park, replacing the Natural Foods Bakery.
The Tria Caf茅 will open its doors to the public on Tuesday afternoon, July 8, and will be operated by Back to Front Hospitality Ltd which operates The Spitjack on Washington St and the Browns Brasserie group in Brown Thomas.
Cork City Council has said:
鈥淭he new operators of the cafe have made a substantial investment in the refurbishment and fit-out of the cafe, and it will be a very welcome addition and provide a high-quality food and beverage offering for Fitzgerald鈥檚 Park. Tria Caf茅 is a new premium casual cafe concept, designed to bring fresh, wholesome, and creative dining to Fitzgerald鈥檚 Park.鈥
The new cafe will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and artisan beverages, offering both indulgent and health-focused choices and aims to be a vibrant, welcoming space. The lease proposal received from Back to Front Hospitality Ltd. T/A Tria Caf茅 scored highest in the evaluation process, Cork City Council have said.
The cafe will open Monday to Friday at 8.30am and on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays at 10am, in line with park opening hours.
