Nedbank Namibia recently held its bi-annual Long Service Award Ceremony at the Nedbank Campus in Windhoek, celebrating employees for their dedicated commitment to the bank鈥檚 success.

During the ceremony, Nedbank recognized 58 employees with certificates of long service and prizes, acknowledging their loyalty and continued contributions. The service categories honored included a newly introduced three-year category, alongside established awards for five, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service.

Nedbank emphasized that recognizing long service is crucial as it demonstrates appreciation and gratitude to employees for their dedication, which, in turn, makes them feel valued and satisfied within their roles.

Speaking at the ceremony, Nedbank Namibia鈥檚 Executive for Human Capital, Bianca Muller, emphasised the importance of recognising long-serving employees, describing it as 鈥渁 powerful tool that fosters a positive work environment, boosts morale, and enhances productivity.鈥
