Coming to Kannappa, the Telugu-language film is based on the legend of Kannappa in Hinduism. The Mukesh Kumar Singh’s directorial centres around a warrior whose devotion transforms him into Lord Shiva’s greatest devotee. In the film, Vishnu portrays the role of Thinnadu, a valiant warrior who changes into Lord Shiva’s loyal servant. Akshay Kumar is seen as Lord Shiva, Prabhas as Rudra, Mohanlal as Kirata, and Kajal Aggarwal gives a beautiful performance as Goddess Parvati.
Produced by Twenty-Four Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment, Kannappa has been released in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Fans can expect stunning visuals, mythology and an emotionally powerful movie experience based on devotion.
