<p data-start="207" data-end="435">A woman was killed and three children injured in two separate quadcopter attacks carried out by militants in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, a senior police official confirmed on Thursday.</p>
<p data-start="437" data-end="736">The strikes occurred on Wednesday in the Bannu district, which lies adjacent to the volatile North Waziristan region. According to District Police Officer (DPO) Saleem Abbas Kulachi, the first attack proved fatal, claiming the life of a woman and leaving three children injured, two of whom were her own.</p>
<p>“In the first quadcopter attack in Bannu by militants, one woman was killed while three children were injured. Two of them were the woman’s children,” Saleem Abbas Kulachi told reporters. The incident has sparked fear in the community, raising concerns about the militants’ expanding capabilities.</p>
