Mango kimchi​
Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented dish, most often made with vegetables and seasoned with chilli, garlic, and ginger. It holds a central place in Korean cuisine and culture. Though napa cabbage is the most popular base, regional and seasonal variations include ingredients like radish, cucumber, and even unripe mangoes, offering a wide spectrum of flavours and textures.
