Love Island bosses reveal celebrity name that will enter villa tonight

The twelfth series of Love Island has been a whirlwind of love triangles and fiery rows, and now a familiar face is poised to enter the villa. ITV chiefs have spilled the beans that a celebrity guest will be gracing the villa, making her grand entrance in tonight’s episode (July 4). Harrison gets a text that teases: “Islanders, it’s time to get glammed up as tonight the villa will be hosting a very special VIP performance #TurnTheMusicLouder #LightsOn.” Pop sensation Katy B then struts into the villa, belting out some of her biggest bangers while the Islanders let loose in their glitziest gear. The English songstress, known for chart-toppers like Katy on a Mission and Lights On , dropped her latest single Avalanche just hours before her Love Island cameo. Whether Katy B’s party vibes will help simmer down the villa’s tensions, however, remains to be seen, reports OK! Following a heated showdown during Thursday night’s challenge, Dejon and Billykiss try to patch things up, but their chat doesn’t quite go as planned. After Yasmin labelled him the least committed, Dejon and the Dublin beauty had a spat when she questioned his assertion that he was being open with his partner Meg, despite not really getting to know her on a deeper level. In tonight’s episode, Dejon tells her: “It was Yasmin’s question to answer and you were getting involved and coming at me telling me that I should close things off with Meg.” Billykiss retorts: “No you can explore if you want to, but don’t say it if you’re not actually going to… I feel like you just need to entertain people and feed your ego,” before the pair start talking over each other. Dejon then walks off, declaring: “I’m not going to keep begging to speak,” to which Billykiss responds: “Good for him.” Sign up to get the gossip from inside the villa through our free Love Island newsletter Factor 50. Meanwhile, tension is mounting between Harry and Shakira as he continues to chat with Helena, with the entire villa cheering them on despite the potential heartache for Shakira. Seeking clarity, Shakira confronts Harry, stating: “You said you’ve fully ended it with Helena, [and that] there’s nothing there with her… Then all of a sudden Meg stands up, who’s Helena’s best friend, and says that you’re telling two different girls two different things. Something’s not adding up there.” Although Harry maintains his honesty, their relationship could be on shaky ground. The following day, Harry and Helena retreat to the hideaway to explore their palpable attraction – but what will happen behind closed doors? Love Island airs Sunday to Friday from 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
