Judd comes clean about beauty enhancements

鈥淚 think 2025 is the year that we stop gaslighting women by saying, 鈥業 don鈥檛 have any wrinkles because I sleep for eight hours, wear sunscreen and drink lots of water,鈥欌 the model and influencer told the Stellar podcast, Something To Talk About.

鈥淵ou get to a certain age where it鈥檚 like, come on, let鈥檚 be a bit more honest.鈥

In a new interview with Stellar, Judd admits: 鈥淚 feel that this is the year where we stop bulls****ing everyone and we 鈥檉ess up鈥.

鈥淚鈥檓 42. I don鈥檛 have a line on my face,鈥 Judd continues, 鈥淚鈥檓 telling you it鈥檚 not because I get eight hours sleep a night, all right?鈥

She about spoke the catch-22 that many women 鈥 including Hollywood star Anne Hathaway and Kardashian matriarch Kendall Jenner 鈥 find themselves in when it comes to their looks, due to societal expectations and pressures around beauty standards.

鈥淚 think standards are so impossible for women right now. Everyone鈥檚 talking about Lindsay Lohan鈥檚 face and Anne Hathaway鈥檚 face and Kris Jenner鈥檚 face,鈥 Judd told Something To Talk About, in a new episode out today.

鈥淭here鈥檚 one camp saying, 鈥楾hey鈥檝e had work, how vain are they? How superficial, how shallow,鈥欌 Judd noted.

鈥淎nd then you鈥檝e got the other camp saying when women don鈥檛 get work done and they show signs of ageing, grey hairs, wrinkles and sagging skin, 鈥楽he鈥檚 let herself go, she should go and get some work.鈥 So that person then feels pressured to go and get work done, and: 鈥極h 鈥 she鈥檚 overdone it.鈥

鈥淎nd the cycle starts again. Women just can鈥檛 win.鈥

Speaking to the Steller podcast, Judd – who has four children with her husband, former AFL star Chris Judd – reflected on her past attitude toward being caught out by paparazzi en route to cosmetic appointments, and how she once feared anyone finding out.

鈥淚t feels really liberating to just let it go and be honest, because you鈥檙e not trying to hide any secrets anymore,鈥 Judd told Something To Talk About.

鈥淚 remember five, seven years ago, I was going to get some injectables and there was a pap on my tail and I couldn鈥檛 shake him.

鈥淚 thought, gosh, if I get photographed walking into a clinician and her name was on the sign where I鈥檇 be walking in, it鈥檇 be a front-page story and it would be so embarrassing.

鈥淪o I鈥檇 drive around, he鈥檇 keep following me, so then I wouldn鈥檛 go into the appointment, I鈥檇 just drive home.

鈥淣ow, if a pap followed me, I wouldn鈥檛 even care. It鈥檚 like, get the photo, it鈥檚 fine. I just give zero f****s now.鈥
