Israeli and US officials met in Washington on Wednesday to discuss post-war Gaza, as Israel鈥檚 military warned that evacuation of Gaza City was 鈥渋nevitable鈥 ahead of a new offensive. Anger mounted after a double strike on Gaza’s Nasser Hospital that killed 22, including journalists and medics, health officials said. Peter O鈥橞rien reports.
