Haiti – FLASH : Launch of the Tax Data Centralization Platform04/07/2025 09:29:22

The President’s Communications Office announces a major technological breakthrough in the modernization of Haiti’s tax administration. Since July 1st, the IT teams of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI), and the General Administration of Customs (AGD) have successfully deployed a platform for centralizing tax revenue data.
Technological Innovation :

This single platform now brings together all tax data from the AGD, the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), and other institutional partners that collect tax revenue, eliminating traditional information silos.
2. Real-Time Data Sharing :
This platform eliminates delays and lags in data sharing between stakeholders in the tax chain. Tax information will now be shared instantly between all relevant institutions, ensuring seamless synchronization.
3. Enhanced Security :
This platform offers a secure system with advanced encryption protocols and has been implemented to protect the integrity and confidentiality of strategic tax data.
Deployment Schedule :
1. Current Online Availability:
Since July 1st, 2025, information on collected tax revenues will be shared in real time between the AGD, the DGI, and the MEF using the DSI Connect platform implemented by the MEF for this purpose.
2. Mid-July 2025 : Launch of the Intelligent Chatbot
Integration of an intelligent virtual assistant capable of answering all tax-related questions from taxpayers and professionals, available 24/7. This revolutionary tool will use artificial intelligence to provide precise and personalized answers.
August 3rd, 2025: Launch of an analytical portal powered by the MEF’s Power BI. Access to the MEF’s advanced analytical portal will be opened to duly authorized businesses and institutions. This platform will enable in-depth consultation and sophisticated analysis of tax data with interactive visualizations.
