If not GTA VI, then we don’t know which game was able to keep the gaming community on the hook for such a long time. While the game has witnessed some of the most brutal delays, still the rumours and leaks related to it are not stopping anytime soon. As of now, the game is all set to make a debut in May 2026. To compensate for the further delay the franchise dropped the trailer of the game revealing the lead characters of the game. GTA 6 Leaks: Game Size, Platforms, Pre-orders And Maps Until now, we don’t have the official data related to the size of the game. However, rumours have it that the game will be at least 150GB in size. Other leaks run so wild that they claim GTA VI could reach up to 200GB to 300GB in size. The tentative size looks justified considering that we are going to see hyper-real graphics along with some of the most amazing game elements. The game will be launched for both PS5 series consoles and Xbox Series X/S on May 26, 2026. All the PC enthusiasts will have to wait at least a year more to experience GTA VI. It is being said that the game is going to be a current-gen exclusive which rules out the possibility for its launch on PS4 and Xbox 1. As for the pre-orders, multiple reports suggest that it will start 5 to 8 months prior to launch, possibly by the end of 2025. GTA 6 will bring a map that will include a lot more than just Vice City. Latest rumours suggest that the map will include real world elements and Rockstar has not left any chance to showcase that they are going to add a lot of things from the real world. One thing that is clear at this point in time is GTA VI will have a much larger map compared to its predecessor. GTA VI Leaks: Character And Companion App For the first time, the GTA franchise is bringing a female lead. We will get to see Jason and Lucia (as unveiled in trailer 2) ruling the streets in the GTA and committing the crimes together. The characters are loosely based on the real-world infamous duo Bonny and Clyde. In addition, the story could unfold in different ways offering multiple endings – one where Jason and Lucia fall in love and one where they don’t or fall out of it. Now, the latest leak related to the game reveals that Rockstar might be working on a companion app for the game. The leak came into existence when a fan saw a job listing on the career page of Rockstar seeking mobile app developers with iOS and Android expertise. Previously, we have already seen a companion app for GTA V so one for GTA VI is not something to be shocked by. Moreover, previous leaks also hinted that the game is going to have its own social media system that will work similarly to the real-life ones. All in all, GTA VI could become the epitome of gaming with the elements that are possibly going to be a part of the game.
