The event, organised by the local churches representing the New Testament Church of God (NTCG) Bilston District, will once again deliver a fun, family-oriented event with the aim of sharing God鈥檚 love through music, creative arts and inspiring individuals, helping to restore faith and bring a message of hope to its local communities.
Bishop Albert Watson, NTCG Bilston District Pastor and Festival Director, stated, 鈥淲e are excited to be returning to Hickman Park for a fourth year, with what has become a very important and established event on the calendar for the local community.
We鈥檝e met some wonderful people over the years and connected with many residents, local churches and community groups doing amazing things across the area. With our national church鈥檚 2025 focused on 鈥楥onnect鈥, we hope this event provides the opportunity to spread the message of God鈥檚 love to an even wider audience.鈥
This year鈥檚 event will be headlined by Transformed Youth, a talented, young gospel group who recently supported Tasha Cobbs Leonard, a leading American musician and songwriter, known for her international classic, 鈥楤reak Every Chain鈥. The group prides itself on uplifting and vibrant worship, so will definitely have everyone on their feet, singing and dancing.
Attendees can also expect an impressive showcase of gospel-inspired entertainment featuring a gospel reggae artist and Christian Comedian, along with a spoken word poet.
For this year, we are pleased to be joined by Kash 鈥淭he Flash鈥 Gill, a former, four-time Kickboxing World Champion, who along with his Birmingham-based group will deliver a knock-out demonstration with an opportunity for audience participation. Kickboxing not your thing, then a Gospel-themed Zumba session will get you moving to the beats!
We are pleased to welcome on board, The Gaming Pad, a newly established business offering the chance for children and teenagers to indulge in the most popular computer games, in the comfort of a fully adapted gaming vehicle.
With the usual blend of festival favourites including bouncy castle, face painting, food hub and stall holders, there will be something to keep the whole family entertained.
The event is free to attend, and we are encouraging everyone to book their tickets through Eventbrite, by searching for 鈥楥ome-Unity in the Park Christian Festival 2025鈥 or visiting: eventbrite.co.uk/e/come-unity-in-the-park-christian-festival-2025-registration-1391409115119?
