Palestinian minister for foreign affairs says the EU should sanction Israel over its violations in Gaza and the West Bank, in accordance with the EU鈥檚 own rules and values. She said despite a deal struck by the EU to increase aid into Gaza, civilians were still being killed trying to access food.
