Recent supervisory visits conducted by the Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Authority’s (EHPHA) Senior Executive Management (SEM) team at Lufa Health Center, Nupuru Sub-health Center, and Kainantu District Hospital have highlighted persistent challenges in staffing, accommodation, water supply, power outages, and workplace culture. These findings have sparked calls for immediate intervention and improved communication between health centers and District Health Officials.
