Hong Kong鈥檚 leader held meetings with his advisers, including a mainland Chinese economist and two tech experts from Hangzhou start-ups known as the 鈥淪ix Little Dragons鈥, ahead of his annual policy blueprint to gauge views on how to maintain the city鈥檚 status amid growing geopolitical tensions.
