Tipperary substitute OisÃn O’Donoghue’s wonder goal sealed victory for the Premier County in the All-Ireland semi-final on Sunday in Croke Park against Kilkenny but did you know some of his family may have a soft spot for Kilkenny? O’Donoghue is a name associated with Kilkenny education and GAA. Oisin’s uncle, Paul is a recently retired teacher in CBS Kilkenny after many years of dedicated service. Now, living in the Ballyhale area, the Tipperary native’s daughter is the girlfriend of Dicksboro club hurler and former Kilkenny underage hurling ace Timmy Clifford.
