Sir David Beckham has been hospitalised after suffering a mysterious injury.
The 50-year-old retired footballer鈥檚 wife Victoria has shared a photo of her husband in a hospital bed with his arm in a sling as she posted a heartwarming message of support.
Taking to her Instagram story, the former Spice Girl posted a snap of Sir David smiling with the blue sling on show as he lay in a gown in the bed.
鈥楪et well soon Daddy,鈥 she captioned the picture.
Another photo showed Sir David鈥檚 foot sticking out from the bottom of the bedsheet, as he revealed a bracelet on his wrist.
鈥楪et well soon,鈥 read the message on the jewellery, which was also adorned with hearts.

Victoria hasn鈥檛 revealed how her husband suffered the painful injury, and she offered no further details for her followers on social media.
The injury comes at a whirlwind time for the Manchester United legend, who celebrated his 50th birthday earlier this month.
He was also awarded a knighthood in the King鈥檚 Birthday Honours, but that has been somewhat overshadowed by rumours of a rift with son Brooklyn Beckham.
