Los Angeles, Jul 5 (PTI) American actor Craig Robinson has announced that he is quitting comedy and will focus his time on his 鈥渢rue calling鈥.
Robinson, best known for starring in popular sitcoms 鈥淭he Office鈥 and 鈥淏rooklyn Nine-Nine鈥, shared the news on Instagram where he posted two videos, saying that he is working on something new.
鈥淛ust want you to hear it from me. I am quitting comedy, but not for nothing. It鈥檚 been an amazing run, and y鈥檃ll been amazing and wonderful. But I鈥檓 following something bigger. So, you know, thank you so much. I love you, and stay tuned,鈥 he said.
In the caption, he wrote, 鈥淟ife Update: I鈥檓 officially quitting comedy to focus on my true calling. Stay tuned. I鈥檓 working on something huge.鈥 He followed it up with another post in which he said, 鈥淭urns out having a dream and building a business with your friends are two VERY different things. I can鈥檛 go into detail just yet, but for real though any help would be huge.鈥 He also asked his followers for advice on starting a small business 鈥淕ot any advice for me while I try to get my business afloat? I hit a few bumps in the road and I sure would appreciate your guys鈥 tips,鈥 he said.
Craig has also featured in films such as 鈥淢y Spy: The Eternal City鈥 and 鈥淗ot Frosty鈥. His upcoming movies include, 鈥淚n Your Dreams鈥, 鈥淭he Bad Guys 2鈥 and 鈥淭he Ark and the Aardvark鈥. PTI RB SMR RB RB
