China is confident and capable of minimising adverse impact from external shock through the introduction and implementation of relevant policies, Li Chao, spokesperson of the National Development and Reform Commission, said on Thursday.
Complexity and uncertainty in the external environment is increasing and there are challenges to stability and growth in global trade, Li said at a press conference.
