Bombay High Court upholds Gateway jetty project, dismisses petitions citing environmental concerns

Backing the State’s infrastructure initiative, the Bombay High Court allowed the jetty project near the Gateway of India to proceed. The Court termed the location and approvals as policy matters not fit for judicial review.
