The preliminary investigation into the Air India crash in Ahmedabad, which resulted in 261 fatalities, has dismissed sabotage and bird strike as potential causes. The report indicates a suspected fuel cutoff as the primary trigger, exacerbated by cockpit confusion just before the London-bound flight crashed.
