The makers have been pulling out all the stops to promote the emotional drama, and the recently released trailer has left fans intrigued. Joining a host of actors who have praised the trailer of Tanvi The Great, Prabhas also shared his appreciation for the film. The actor took to social media to post a poster of the movie along with the trailer link. He wrote, 鈥淏eautiful & emotional trailer! Wishing Anupam sir and the entire team all the very best. Watch the film in theatres on July 18!鈥 Anupam Kher is set to work with Prabhas in an untitled film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
Anupam Kher directed this emotional drama, which is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the labels Kher Studios and Excel Entertainment. Shubhangi makes her acting debut in the film, which also stars Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, Boman Irani, Pallavi Joshi, Karan Tacker, and Nasser. Anupam Kher makes a cameo as Col. Pratap Raina, as does Iain Glen. Recently, the actor shared the video on Instagram, revealing that he woke early in the morning to celebrate Tanvi the Great鈥檚 trailer response.

Speaking at the trailer launch, Anupam Kher shared that the story was inspired by his niece, Tanvi, who is autistic. He recalled, 鈥淔our years ago, at a family wedding in Gurgaon, I asked Tanvi what she was looking at. She said, 鈥業 am looking at my world.鈥 That line shook me. I didn鈥檛 understand what her world was 鈥 and that became the germ of this film.鈥
The film has already made its international premiere at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 and the March茅 du Film. The movie will now be released in theatres globally on July 18.
