Uniqlo owner sees limited tariff impact, reports 12.2% rise in 9-month profit

Fast Retailing, the parent company of Uniqlo, maintains its full-year forecast, anticipating that early shipments to North America will mitigate the effects of increased U.S. tariffs. Despite potential tariff implications, the company believes the impact on FY2025 will be minimal due to proactive shipping strategies. Operating profit for the quarter increased slightly, though it fell short of analyst expectations.
