Lifeart Distributie, a Romanian company specialized in professional air treatment solutions, with over 18 years of experience, continues to gain national market share, consolidating its leading position in the segment of major events in Romania. The company was a technical partner for Neversea Kapital 2025, which took place this weekend, July 4-6, in Bucharest, providing mobile air conditioning systems for the technical areas and logistics support spaces.

From FITS Sibiu to Neversea Kapital
At Neversea Kapital, one of the largest music festivals, which starts on Friday, July 4, Lifeart ensures the comfort of the production teams, staff and functional spaces backstage, providing integrated services: mobile air conditioning equipment adapted to the specifics of the location, technical consultancy, quick assembly and operational support during the event.
Recently, the company was a technical collaborator at the 2025 edition of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival (SIBFEST), which took place between June 20-29, providing mobile air conditioning in the performance areas, for temporary play spaces, indoor stages and unconventional locations.
Behind-the-scenes challenges
Temporary events, such as festivals, require resistant, portable and quick to install solutions (rooms without ventilation, backstage, outdoor stages), which the teams manage through a 鈥渟top-to-end鈥 approach: from transport, assembly, to constant operation and technical support throughout the festival. The solutions must be permanently adapted to the climate and density of the participants, with a focus on silence, safety and energy efficiency.
Lifeart teams have managed hundreds of mobile air conditioning units starting from 12,000 to 300,000 BTUs, with consumption of 1.3鈥15 kW per unit/day. At a festival like FITS, with several stages and tents, dozens of pieces of equipment can be mobilized simultaneously. In comparison, a corporate event, such as a 500-person conference, requires about 2鈥5 large units, while an art exhibition may require 1鈥2 units complemented by humidification and purification solutions (Venta).
The big challenge was the ITTUPP 2022 event: cooling 2,560,000 BTU, heating 1,040 KW. No other company in Romania has air-conditioned a 4,500 sqm tent for 46 days, AC and heating for an international conference with temperature conditions imposed at a constant 24 degrees Celsius.
Standards for galleries and cultural spaces require a constant temperature (+20 掳C 卤1 掳C) and relative humidity between 40鈥60% RH. The air conditioning for a show 鈥 although not at the level of museums 鈥 must comply with sanitary, acoustic, air flow and safety standards.

Organic growth every year
The company has registered a constant annual growth of 20% on average, organically, in recent years, and estimates a 20% increase in turnover for 2025 as well in the air conditioning area.
