Kenscoff : 1 SWAT officer killed, 2 police officers injured
During the night of Saturday, July 5th, to Sunday, July 6th, heavily armed individuals from the “Viv Ansanm” terrorist coalition opened fire on a Haitian National Police patrol in Viard, in the commune of Kenscoff. This violent attack claimed the life of SWAT officer Olrich Joseph, while two other police officers were injured. In addition, an armored vehicle was set on fire by the assailants.
