Recently, the actress spoke about the pay cheque debate and whether gender plays a role in determining an actor鈥檚 salary. She said, “I agree with them up to a point.” Kajol speaks on gender pay disparity In an episode with The Lallantop, Kajol strongly believed in the gender pay disparity to a certain extent in the Indian film industry. She explained, “I agree with it up to a point. It is an economic industry, it is a business. I can show the prowess of my acting in different things.
