Hrithik Roshan鈥檚 Instagram feed is a mix of fitness inspiration and his style file. However, the actor, who takes mental health rather seriously, reposted the clip of a popular podcast on his Instagram story, which spoke about 鈥渢riggers鈥 and 鈥渉ealing鈥.
鈥淭his鈥, wrote Hrithik Roshan, making a point while sharing the video of speaker Cory Richards on a podcast. During the video, the speaker reflects on how one should deal with triggers and how to deal with them for good. 鈥淭riggers are the most powerful internal compasses we have. When stuff bothers you, when you get triggered, whether it鈥檚 in a relationship, whether it鈥檚 in society, culture, that is your first indication that something is unresolved or unhealed because when it is resolved, in my experience, it doesn鈥檛 trigger you that way. You pay attention to it, you notice it, but it doesn鈥檛 disregulate you,鈥 Richards said in a podcast with Rich Roll.
He continued, 鈥淪o the first, most important thing is, don鈥檛 avoid your triggers. Engage with them. Turn into them, look at them, embrace them, because that is where all the information is. And nobody can heal that from you. Look at your triggers, love them because they are pointing you in the direction of your wholeness and your healing.鈥 Hrithik, however, didn鈥檛 write about his triggers in the post.
Meanwhile, Hrithik鈥檚 personal and professional life is always under the scanner. On some days, it鈥檚 his posts with girlfriend Saba Azad that makes headlines and during others, it鈥檚 his work diaries.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for the release of YRF-backed War 2. The film marks Jr NTR鈥檚 Bollywood debut, where he plays the antagonist. Kiara Advani plays the film鈥檚 leading lady.
War 2, which six years after its first installment in 2019, is directed by Ayan Mukerji. Talking about the mounting expectations from the film, he said, 鈥淚t is a huge responsibility to take forward a hugely loved franchise like War and leave your own mark on it. I saw directing War 2 as a relishing opportunity to give a hat-tip to the first film. You can鈥檛 have fun otherwise while coming on board such a huge blockbuster franchise.鈥
The filmmaker also shared that War 2 has been created after a lot of planning to elevate audience鈥檚 theatrical experience. 鈥淭he maximum time spent was on the action set pieces and crafting the storyline and the conflict which was needed to mount the face-off between Hrithik Roshan and NTR,鈥 he stated. The film releases in August 14, 2025, coinciding with the Independence Day weekend.
