A video showcasing the interiors of Ferrari’s first-ever showroom in South India is making waves online. Located in North Bengaluru’s Meenakunte Hosur village near the ITC factory and close to Kempegowda International Airport, the showroom has become a visual treat for luxury car enthusiasts. It officially opened its doors on March 25 this year.
The viral clip reveals a sleek, two-storey space filled with Ferrari’s iconic red supercars. The exterior features a striking Ferrari signboard lit up in both English and Kannada, instantly catching attention. Inside, the gleaming vehicles are displayed under elegant showroom lighting. The ground floor spans 7,500 sq ft, while the upper level adds another 2,500 sq ft, making it a grand hub for the Italian marque.
The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: “Ferrari enters South India… And guess where it parks first? NORTH BENGALURU. Where luxury isn’t a dream — it’s a lifestyle. Official launch event held on March 25, 2025.”

But What About The Roads?
While the new showroom has added some shine to Bengaluru, it has also started a conversation online about the city’s roads. Many people are questioning how practical it is to own a supercar in a place known for traffic jams and bad road conditions.
One user commented, “LOL, where did the owner ride it to experience it fully? On Bengaluru roads?? No way.”

Another asked, “Do our Bengaluru roads deserve these super cars.”
Do our bangalore road really deserve these super car
“Supercars have super low ground clearance, it will get hit on every breaker. Bangalore roads are turning to Kutcha roads, forget supercars, driving a regular car is a challenge, even for SUV owners. Shameful state of affairs,” someone else said.

Leased Space And Service Centre
Before this, Ferrari only had two showrooms in India – one in Mumbai (Navnit Motors) and the other in Delhi (Select Cars). The Bengaluru showroom is the brand’s first in South India. Just like Delhi, it is also operated by Select Cars. This facility also doubles as the city’s first official Ferrari service centre and will cater to owners across South India. As per reports, Bengaluru has around 20-30 Ferrari owners, 85-90 per cent of whom are first-time buyers.
According to lease documents accessed by Propstack, the space has been rented at Rs 8 lakh per month. The 10-year lease agreement includes a 4.7 per cent annual rent increase and an Rs 80 lakh security deposit.
The rent officially started on March 1, 2024. But Select Cars was given a four-month rent-free period for setting up the space. Business operations will begin either after this period or once a 30 KW power supply is arranged, the documents stated.
According to Hindustan Times, citing company officials added that the showroom will also showcase pre-owned Ferraris. While it is not a flagship store, it will help customers in the region connect with Ferrari’s Delhi dealership for purchases.
