Girl’s Day member Bang Minah and actor On Ju Wan dropped the surprise news of getting married later this year, on July 4. The announcement left their fans both shocked and excited as the two have never made their relationship public till date. The duo’s individual agencies confirmed the happy news with separate statements too. Minah and Wan have collaborated on K-drama Beautiful Gong Shim and musical The Days. Ever since they revealed their wedding plan in November 2025, fans have been sending them wishes through social media. Minah and On Ju-Wan announce wedding plans According to MyDaily, the two decided to take the plunge. Minah’s agency SM C&C released an official statement that read: “We would appreciate your warm support and congratulations toward these two people about to embark on a new beginning in their lives. SM C&C also offers its sincerest congratulations.” Wan’s agency Haewadal Entertainment also shared, “On Joo Wan and Bang Minah, who have been in a serious relationship for sometime, have promised to spend eternity together with a marriage ceremony scheduled for this November.” More about their November 2025 wedding As per the label, the wedding ceremony will be a private affair in the presence of only family, friends and close acquaintances. They even demanded the understanding of fans to help them keep things intimate. 30-year-old Minah and 41-year-old On Joo Wan met on the set of the 2016 drama Beautiful Gong Shim. Later in 2021, they reunited for musical The Days. Their relationship remained under wraps as they never went public. However, reports claim that it was Wan’s support to Minah being on her side when her father passed away last year that got them closer. Minah and Won dating since 2024 According to a Koreaboo report, a close acquaintance revealed that many industry insiders were aware about their relationship since 2024. The publication quoted the acquaintance: “Their relationship was actually known in the industry since last year. On Ju Wan was very supportive when Minah was going through difficult times. They鈥檝e been dating for quite a while, and with their deep affection for each other, they decided to get married this winter.” This would make Minah the second member of Girl’s Day to tie the knot. The group’s leader Sojin married actor Lee Dong-Ha in 2023. While Minah debuted with the band in 2010, On Joo Wan is known for projects like The Blade and Petal, The Penthouse: War in Life, The Taste of Money, and more.
