With Latitude Festival fast approaching, those who have already got their tickets are most likely starting to plan out their trip. While there are some great food options in Henham Park, you might want to start your Suffolk trip in one of the surrounding towns and villages.
With a long night full of singing and dancing ahead of you, those with a day pass to Latitude may be on the hunt for a local spot to get a good breakfast. As the seaside town of Southwold is only a short drive away from Henham Park, there are plenty of caf茅s to enjoy before heading to Latitude.

Location: 63 High St, Southwold IP18 6DJ
Open from 8am every morning, Duchies could be a good option if you need a pre-festival pick-me-up. The caf茅 describes itself as serving up “great wholesome breakfast, brunch, and lunch”.
Whether you need a full English or a sweet homemade cake to keep you going, you can grab a quick meal at Duchies. The caf茅 also has an option to pick up one of its made to order toasties, paninis, bagels, or salads that you can take away with you.
Duchies is a 10 minute drive away from Henham Park.
Old Hall Southwold Caf茅
Location: Old Hall Farm, Halesworth Rd, Reydon, Southwold IP18 6SG
With plenty of outdoor seating, you can enjoy the sunshine while eating breakfast in the morning at the Old Hall Southwold Caf茅. The caf茅 is open from 9am everyday and serves up dishes ranging from Belgian waffles to simple mushrooms on toast.
The caf茅 also has an extensive drinks menu featuring a range of coffees, teas, and Italian hot chocolate. The Old Hall Southwold Caf茅 is only a seven minute drive from Henham Park.
The Canteen

Found in an old hospital building, the Canteen sells breakfast from 8.30am to 11am and is made using “locally sourced and foraged ingredients”. The caf茅 has outdoor seating and specialty coffee from Butterworth & Son.
The caf茅 is only a five minute walk away from the beach if you fancy a dip in the sea before starting your day at Latitude. The Canteen is a 10 minute drive away from Henham Park.

Described by customers as a hidden gem, this tiny coffee shop aims to be a “go-to destination for health-boosting coffee, nourishing snacks, and uplifting matcha drinks”. Customers can get a discount if they bring their own reusable coffee cup to the caf茅.
The caf茅 serves up small treats as well including sausage rolls, cookies, and muffins if you are looking for a lighter breakfast option. Cloud 9 is an 11 minute drive away from Henham Park.
Two Magpies Bakery
Location:London Road (A12), Darsham, IP17 3QR
With locations across Suffolk and Norfolk, the Two Magpies Bakery is a popular option for both locals and tourists of the two counties. The bakery sells a range of pastries, savouries, and sweet treats that you can enjoy alongside a coffee.
The caf茅 also serves up breakfast favourites such as porridge and granola bowls. The Two Magpies Bakery is a 10 minute drive away from Henham Park and is open from 8am everyday.
