Boots customers could get their hands on one of Versace’s popular fragrances , which is currently part of a major sale. The high-end scent typically commands a hefty price tag, but this promotion drops the usual cost by over 拢50.. The health and beauty store continues to offer significant reductions on a range of fragrances , including some with discounts of up to 50% or more. Originally available at 拢78 for a 100ml bottle , Boots is now offering The Dreamer by Versace online for 拢25, which works out at a saving of approximately 67% (拢53). This particular Versace Eau de Toilette, known as The Dreamer , is presented in a ‘sleek’ glass bottle and features an “alluring, sensual and comforting” aroma. It combines aromatic florals with “deep and rich notes of amber” to create a ‘strong masculine scent’. There are tempting deals on other fragrances at different beauty retailers, such as HUGO Just Different For Him Eau de Toilette (was 拢58 at Superdrug, now 拢27) and Davidoff Adventure Eau de Toilette (previously 拢66, now 拢27.99 at The Perfume Shop). However, the Versace offer at Boots has proven popular, reports the Mirror . A Boots shopper said: “This, like other Versace perfumes, is a beautiful, long-lasting fragrance at a very good price.” Another added: “Fantastic. It’s lovely for daytime or evening events.” A third wrote: “This fragrance is top class, it takes my breath away. I love the smell so much.” However, not all customers were convinced of the value for money. One buyer shared: “Not the best aftershave I’ve ever bought. It doesn’t last that long.” Another voiced their disappointment, claiming: “This fragrance has been reformulated so much that it bears no resemblance to the original at all! It has no longevity or anything.” Despite this, a significant number of shoppers still awarded it top marks. A different customer shared their positive experience: “For the price, this is a great fragrance. Wore it on a trip to Paris and got loads of compliments. Smells more expensive than it is.” Another satisfied shopper commented: “Great smell and excellent price. I would recommend as I’ve had loads of compliments about how nice it is.” Bargain hunters are in for a treat this summer with plenty of deals to explore, especially when it comes to perfume. Ordinarily retailing at 拢83 for a 100ml bottle, shoppers can now bag it for just 拢24.
